It takes time with court meetings, etc as a debtor or creditor. 

The property was my primary residence for a decade and now functions as rental unit so I am happy with the purchase overall and it has worked out well.

I can't remember exactly, but I believe the main ones had to do with additional parking restrictions and water.

I've been doing rentals for close to 20 years and I just learned a new trick that some people probably already know about but it wasn't something I'd seen before.  

Seems like the few people I talked to that are selling land in Florida are trying to sell it above retail without understanding that most of their potential buyers are going to be builders. do Not buy land in FLA without doing full due diligence  on all aspects . there are environmental gotchas that you need to fully suss out prior to waiving due diligence

Right now I use an VA from the Philippines to respond to all my leasing questions (from Facebook, email, text, and phone) and help with application screening and it's been working great for over 5 years!
