I personally always like to use an alkyd primer on exterior metal or wood, as I feel it bonds better but it smells and you need to use mineral spirits to clean up your tools and your hands (and anything else you got paint on).

What makes a self-directed IRA custodian different is that they are not purely connected to the public exchanges and limited to investing in stocks, bonds and funds, but rather have the staff training and paperwork to document the IRA's investment in the more individualized transactions that occur when investing in real estate, notes and other non-traditional assets.

Ended up starting school at ASU and left for a military obligation for a few months in 2018 when I came back, I bought a total 13 flips in the course of 12 months and sold all but one and lost everything to a shady contractor that stole 40k from me (don't pay all of the project upfront and don't let contractors in your home without a bond license and valid insurance policy. and verify everything before hire.).
