In the photo to the left there is a smoke alarm in the far right corner above the steep winding stairs.

At which time either the park would outright buy the home and do owner financing to the tenant or the tenant could straight buy it from the dealer whatever works best for the situation.

Now, I don't know the full situation but she is a good tenant and doesn't bother for much honestly.

Sticky situation. 

While my dad and I own a property in 32206 (it was a weird situation) I would not buy in 06, 08, or 09.

So.. this seems like a situation where an llc would be beneficial.

I'd expect them to look at my financial situation and assets to gauge my ability to make this type of transaction, don't you think?

In my situation, it simply would not be worth the additional hassle.
