@Jim Cichello, you will be kissing a lot of frogs to find your 'prince'--the broker that folds under negotiating pressure from you won't hold up too well with other brokers.So just go to a 'flat-fee' brokerage, get it listed, and do it basically yourself.

Thick above the ceiling and blown into walls between studs (which settled and was nearly useless).Terrible openings ALL OVER letting air in and out.We replaced the gas water heater with electric to avoid venting issues.BUDGET was 35k for both apartments.

I'm not so much looking for profit as to create a vision and that vision will be supported also by recreational camping, art workshops and retreats as well as non profit donations for the AIR program.Many tax lien investors here do their own foreclosures which will court and all fees comes out to less than $300. per parcel.
