Have any of you had success blasting your properties out via centralized websites that are in the business of charging wholesalers/sellers a fee to post their deals on the site?

Mitch,No need for a special account just to send in payments.Just send in a check with the payment coupon, or pay online if the lender has a website for doing so.As long as the lender is getting the payments, on time, they won't care who wrote the check out and from where.HTH,Jim

If you just have one or two sites, you can use godaddy to host it and if you dont know how to create websites, godaddy has a cool little templated site you can build called website tonight.

:0 Alex, if you don't feel like subscribing to realty trac or some of these other (pre) foreclosure websites, simply go to county recorder's office or contact county recorder's office in your target market and acquire list of Lis Pendens, NOD's nearing default (to be auctioned).

My business was providing hips...www.hipnotik.co.uk. websites still active but wound up the company. because HIPS are only needed when a house goes on the market then my business declined rapidly after the first 6 months of their introduction until i was forced to close it down. estate agents, mortgage lenders, hips companies conveyancers are all either being bought out by huge corps or are forced to shut down because of the state of the market.
