But I recently moved to Vegas to continue hospitality working at Wynn Resorts.

As far as your body to Las Vegas, I am in KC that week on business and we'll miss each other .

Im looking into purchasing properties in Indiana (East Chicago, Hammond), Vegas, and or New Orleans.

Surround yourself with those who know what you do not, and can do what you cannot before you put your hard earned money into play, you're better off going to Vegas or waste more of it with the Guru you didnt learn from.....

I've always had an interest in AC but with the deadness and a casinos I was curious if it was ever worth it.

I have had great success with this technique, as our regional underwriter is in Las Vegas, and I have met with him directly which gave me great insight into his methods, and I found him to be very reasonable in giving me alternative solutions to whatever limits they have....

thats the way it was in Vegas a few years ago I ended up selling one of my rentals to a relative so they could buy FHA .. and then went and bought another rental did a 1031 and  since I am a cash buyer i had no problem replacing it.. flipped the script.. but thats what it took to get into vegas at that time.
