Starting a hard money lending company makes sense to me since I have hundreds of contacts in this business that I've built relationships for years, as well as it aligns with my origination background. 

This is a good one IMHO.

While this brokerage would start in Ann Arbor, I would want it to expand to all of Southeast Michigan, then statewide, and ultimately nationwide.As flippers/investors, would you be interested in listing with this brokerage?

This is why you need to do a ton of due diligence on them and make sure they have skin and the game and something to lose.
