But it has what those closer to downtown dream about...actual diversity - in people and food, bigger spaces for outdoor dining without the huge prices, and homes/condos with actual grass back yards, yet only 20-30 minutes on the red line from downtown!

I can understand the GC may not be at fault depending on the situation but I would never again hire whoever the person was that decided to grab a quilt off of a chair to clean up any mess let alone a toilet mess.Seriously, you have to be dumber than a sack of rocks to do something like this and I can only imagine working with whoever did this will produce noting but pain for you in the future.

The roof color isn't optimal, but I think a medium warm-gray-taupe will work fine with it and the brick, on the shingles.Then use a deep red-burgundy for the entry door, and have a shutter made to match the existing original ones (very simple, won't be expensive)... don't buy a cheap replacement plastic pair with louvers.A bit of landscaping will go a long way.

okay that seems reasonable. i dont know why i chose wells fargo prob just bc i know them by name kinda thing. from what ive learned here im going to try credit unions that lend nationally, and maybe a mortgage broker. im sick of all the red tape.Chris Mason can you suggest any lenders that would lend in PA
