So I think JLL is the main brokerage I should be hoping to work for, but I'm not sure how long JLL will be in this seat with VA. 

I've heard reliable reviews on this company and was optimistic I would be able to trust them.

I've read a couple of Brandon Turner's books now and have been getting really into the mindset to start this journey.A couple major items I'm initially thinking of is where to start.

For the past year, listening to podcasts, doing research, and debating when the right time to start this journey, we have decided to get over the fears and just focus on the analysis and dive right in.

I am a small time landlord with a few local SFH rentals, and would like to register a “free account” with them that I keep reading about in the forums.

This will clarify and reinforce what you are reading.

Also, does anyone know of any good YouTube or podcasts that are putting out new content in 2024 about house hacking and adapting to this market ?
