In regards to the valuation of the property what impact will this have and when do you know when its time to sell?

Typically they come available through maximum income requirements.

Mostly on trade accounts with local businesses for the materials, some business credit cards, some of the contractors were OK with waiting 30 days for payment. 

I know the process from beginning to end and documented this thoroughly.

What's the projected cash flow? 

As long as you're following your passion and taking action then you're heading down the right path.

It all depends on the walls you are hitting.
