That's cold...It's a sad thing to ponder as I sit here writing this in -1 degree weather in Minnesota.It's nice to know that we don't currently have to worry about that here.

Sadly, the only sure way you have of making sure the filter gets changed on a regular basis in a rental is to do it yourself.

Sadly when the state pays for your medical/financial needs jump throught all hoops to prove they are poor and don't have much money/assets on hand...You seller owns a home and its considered an asset so if she sells she will lose her medicaid.
