In the winter, in colder climates, make sure your unit is kept at a temperature no less than 50 degrees, otherwise there is the potential for freezing pipes and structural damage.Twice we have found candle burn marks under kitchen cabinets and wax drippings in carpets after tenants had their electricity cut.

I have walked in to one property in the middle of winter here I believe the high was around 20 degrees that day, and apparently  the owner told the tenants he was installing a new package unit prior to the foreclosure, and pulled off the unit leaving the giant opening to the outside where the cold air was running through the duct work through the entire house.

To much of the same degree the issues/idea is the same which is giving the proper parties proper notice and thus granting the right of redemption lawfully.

I'm currently in college pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance and Development here in San Antonio.I would like to try to get my first rental property within the year, but I'm very much in the research stage and trying to map out the best way to go about this with little money to invest.This is my first post, hadn't had anything to post about, just absorbing as much information as I can, but getting the email about the new book made me laugh, so I figured I'd post about it.

It looks like my daughter will be going to University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) in a couple years to complete a degree in Computer Animation since they currently have the best program in Texas.

When the market crashed in 2007, I went back and finished out my last year, and I now use that degree.
