I noticed a lot of families that rent out the town houses as well though, and many of them seemed like genuine people who were just happy to have a cheap place to live.

But seriously.....I'm just genuinely curious why California has done so well despite the population decline. 

I transformed it into a showcase and it sold in seven days flat.

I can't believe that if there are genuine compilers out there that they are hiding so far underground that they don't want to be found - if they aren't how can they be effective?

I only really care about the words that are said by people that I genuinely care about, and that is a pretty small group.

I am genuinely sick and tired of people trashing an entire sector of tenants just because they are in a different situation that you might not understand.

If investments such as the river restoration project, 11th street bridge project, and the renovation of homes/building new homes/condos are still going as planned it will transform Historic Anacostia and propel future investments here.

I believe this is the biggest torpedo possible for the old version of the lead ordinance and I have multiple colleagues curious how genuine the outrage against lead paint was.
