I put two ideas into one post which has gotten some confusion on other platforms.

Talk to local agents to see what they think the value would be post construction and what the rental value / estimates would be If you get answers that make sense to you to proceed from the above then keep unpealing the onion of development and keep performing the next due diligence steps towards making this project a reality!

Each new job will increase the demand for housing.In ConclusionWhile nothing is guaranteed, the combination of population growth and limited land for expansion virtually assures that prices and rents will continue to increase.Thanks for reading my post.

My best advice is to just leave them a bad review if they have a page and post in Facebook pages not recommending them to people.
