Likewise, if the borrower wants a lower interest rate, coupling that with a sufficiently shorter term (assuming the borrower can handle the payment) could also increase return on investment by making that return happen faster

the market is tough right now will properties in an all time high, and living in Cali doesn't help with rising rent prices, here we have to play the equity game and "hope" the properties appreciate faster than inflation

Their work was better and because they no longer had me as the bottle neck it was done faster essentially allowing me to get a renter in months sooner than I would have otherwise offsetting the costs of hiring the contractors.
