The inspector has limited knowledge on circuit panels, grounding and does not want to get sued being wrong.You can eMail to the contractors and start asking them what you want to address.

I would find a trademark attorney if the first time and have them do everything as a flat fee.

I need to replace a flat roof (currently tar and gravel) on a 7000 Sq ft building.

Separate question: I see agents with the military flat fee advertising $5K flat fees.

Other items that need to be budgeted : appliances 12 years, hot water heater 12 years, roof 25 years unless flat then 15,HVAC 20 years, etc.

Or perhaps just pay me a flat fee and I will give you the address, so you can work a deal out with the owners.
