When you invest out of state, you're relying on other people to make your investment successful, so looking them in the eye can go a long way to giving you peace of mind or highlighting important red flags.Your other option is turnkey - though I absolutely would not advise that you invest based on website pictures, or even listings emailed to you by a company that seems good.

Unfortunately, you will lose control of the type of property in exchange for enhanced motivation to sell.You can hire a VA or use a call answering service, or just accept the fact you need a good voicemail and get back ASAP.That said, that won't really help you target MFH.

Hi.We are using buildium with our services.Out call center makes a very fast introduction for our new one once they are joining us.So I can say that it give good service on the learning curve which is important for your peace of mind.Our services include mainly back office services for pm companies as wel dyi landlords.Good luck:)
