We are now waiting to hear back from the seller's agent, again...going on the 3rd week now, so we will have to edit the closing dates and feasibility period if we move forward on this property.Property 2 is a duplex that is currently tenant occupied.

Edit: BTW I am calling on a "Farm List" of my area given to me by the title company.

I had spoken with a attorney (which was a wast of my time) to look over a purchase and sale agreement contract that I had pulled from online and had edited myself as well.
