Yes, real estate attorney to draft the docs and disclosures or get the state docs from any RE agent and then have an escrow or closing attorney perform the transaction.

I haven't used a realtor or agent to buy since 1998, but I paid intense attention to the process and kept all ppwk and disclosures in case I went out on my own.
