The banks can ruin the economy and destroy half the small businesses in our country and subsequently the government can confiscate our income and give it to them.Systemic risk is ever present unfortunately.

Their credit will be destroyed, but they will be rid of this albatross.

I get being angry at the situation but not to the point of destroying the property.

Some of you may have seen it on the news or social media but this fire is awful taking lives and people's property. 500 structures destroyed and close to 5000 threatened.

I'm not sure how I could explain to a judge that a tenant had "ruined" a stainless fridge by destroying the finish with a scuff-pad.

I see tons of investors think that their only options are totally destroyed homes or 100% turnkey homes.

Even a tenant that checks all of your boxes may eventually stop paying or destroy the property.
