I live in New Hampshire on the Massachusetts border so luckily I can tap in to both markets.

I put a HUGE rock border around my grass.

It's impossible to de-list a property on there (you have to email them-really?)

@Damian Howard without additional context, it's hard to say if $16k makes sense.However, I will say, for $16k, I'd take a vacation from work and drive out to Delaware to do it myself.  

Wanting to know if anyone owns any Bethany, Rehoboth, Lewes, etc. rental homes.

What's the average profit per month?

Do you rent it weekly?

Do you prefer it over normal rentals?
