Appfolio has an option for the daily late fee charge, but they do require a minimum of 50 units to use the software.I would check to see if Buildium offers this option.

It's a good idea to work with a CPA who understands self Directed Retirement accounts and I definitely recommend you check with a CPA before you do a Roth Conversion so you know the tax implications.
