Guilt trip coming on :) How many are active and have never contributed?

It seems to fit the tax / legal section well.I'm personally looking forward to getting one started, but it looks like the fees associated require a significant amount of money already contributed.

This partner may be interested in seeing the OA to get an idea of the capital contributions made, the management structure of the LLC, the authority of the managers, etc.Depending on the information this partner wants, it may be easier just to provide him the docs.

FHA requires only 3.5% down and allows some seller contribution to closing costs.

Get busy on the forums.Post bulletins from other sources.Write an article for Josh.Blog some.Collect votes from other members for doing some or all of the above well enough to make people like your contribution :idea:
