Would love to hear from those who managed to naviate the site to those plans and detailed descriptions.In addition, per International Building Code used by City of Austin as their  construcion code standard, many remodeling "finish out" items don't require permits: painting, replacing flooring,  countertops & appliances, tile work, replacing light fixtures without altering the wiring, replacing plumbing fixtures without altering plumbing lines, replacing cabinets, etc.

Cabinets in all properties are custom modern style cabinets, and all have quartz countertops, engineered wood in living areas, tile in baths and laundry, and carpet in bedrooms.
