I'd make sure each lease has a clause forbidding install on any building surface (they can put the dish on a post in a bucket of sand on their deck) and remove all the installed ones after giving the dish guy 48 hours to do it AND PATCH THE D*** HOLES HE MADE TO YOUR SATISFACTION!!!!

You may, depending on local and state laws, simply have several drainage holes drilled in it and filled in.I strongly suggest not getting a condo.
