The whole system is out of control .  

In 20 months since the initial purchase it had a broken water heater a major leak in the front yard watering system, and found that the prior owner severely misinstalled the laminate flooring.

Usually after any frenzy of activity things do have to slow down to allow the system to catch up.  

I love that system!

Here in southern Indiana you can get adjustments for water that does not go into the sewer system but there are no provisions for it in Louisville.

If you have a slab you'll need to sawcut it to get a 4" waste line for the toilet installed and tie into existing waste line system.
