It decreases the cooking space and when it dies, replacing them is a pain.If it was me, I'd put the stove where the pantry is (or close to it), add a dishwasher to the left of the sink and keep the fridge where it is.

The method I use is looking at Zillow and using the area they have that shows the value of the home increasing and decreasing throughout the years and trying to make a rough estimate but not fully relying that the value of the home will go up.
