I was just running into issues here with some REO's since the banks are hoarding them on the books some of the areas are getting some fake appreciation or atleast look like they are stabalizing which isnt true in sacramento.In one are for example it went from REO's 3 to 1 to Shortsales 3 to 1.

Regardless if you got a good mortgage rate from them or not, regardless if you are happy that you can find a btranch anywhere in the US, the whole point is that BofA is a crooked corporation stealing from many US citizens and it needs to stop.Since it appears this thread is going nowhere right now, perhaps more details are in order since many of you cant seem to get to the other thread for the details.BofA is one of several banks who were given the largest sweatheart deal this Nation has ever seen back in 2008 with the promise to start lending - well, they have not increased but decreased loans and that is a FACT.
