@Tanisha Haughton One option is to talk to your local Mailbox Store -like a UPS Store or a non-franchised shipping store.I used to own one and rented mailboxes. 

I order off Amazon and have the items shipped to my housekeeper to resupply as needed - super convenient.  

Atleast disclose your owner ship and if you're going to sell, just sell.

Trying to transition from your law practice is a very broad statement.Also keep in mind that it seems a little fishy that newbies that are making money hand over fist would want to announce it to the world because they are so grateful to their mentor ship program that they join.Typically the people that are vouching for any particular niche and/or program have something personally to gain from promoting what they do. 

For that reason, I would recommend a syndication if that’s your situation.if, however, you have time to devote all of your efforts to it, you may be happier being the captain of your own ship and investing in single-family or multi family real estate.
