@Glenn Gruschow, Did you end up investing in STR, can you share your experience either way.

I also learned that Furnished Finders is a great marketing site for mid-term rentals.

I'm fully licensed agent and tbh, I've seen some things where agents barely make any effort on properties, so yeah I hope some get out of the business and leave it the market share to the ones who actually know about real estate.I do think Redfin/Zillow and big platforms are waiting on something like this to happen to fully take control of the market which IMO is more scare then the latter.

so a lot of what ifs.. but if it was me and your going to live there and you know for sure the other lot will perc and maybe you guys share a well. 

I would appreciate any insights or experiences you can share on handling this situation correctly from an accounting and legal perspective.
