the only people spouting off that wholesaling takes no money are the same people hoping you'll spend a few thousand with them to learn how to do it.Sure, you could go ride a bike around neighbors and eventually you might find a junker house you can get under contract, but while you're out wasting your time doing that, wholesaler throwing a few thousand a month into their marketing budget are banking some serious fees every month.Either route you choose of your two options posted above both sound feasible.

After you type in your name and email address, there is a pretty slow load, so be patient.I'm new, too, so I find scripts help in the confidence department. lol I would caution about trying to present as knowledgable if you're not, tho.

You will run in to code enforcement issues so make sure you use a google voice number(or something similair) so your number can not be tracked.I will admitted when I first started I did not have enough money to buy a load of signs and I kept seeing the ones in the area full over or be taken buy code enforcement.
