Davis: There are 3 types of lenders in this market: The lender that's still open, the lender that's restructuring (good luck closing on time), and the lender that is completely out of business... almost every big bank now has to sustain their opex becaue they have so much unrealized loss from the gov. action to increase rate LOLI can't blame them though.

I would prefer to pay the LLC rent, (which would make the business self-sustaining), and take periodic disbursements from the LLC when there is surplus cash not needed for reserves or other purposes.Does anyone have any experience / thoughts on this type of a structure?
