I am slightly under $10/sf for those, but if you add sheets, towels, decorations, cooking utensils, patio furniture, BBQ, security etc I am probably at another $4K for a 1100 SF 2/1.

Given a soft market currently, it might be best to stay long term until the STR market improves.I beleive you can self manage with Vrbo and Airbnb better than a PM and save alot of money.If you sell you have to find something to reinvest in.
