I would say, secret, which is not one BTW, is try, fail, repeat until succeeding, well in short commitment.By exchanging on BiggerPockets, I think it will be very helpful in knowing where others failed so to try to avoid the pitfalls on which they fell.

I am not sure why wholesalers are so secretive and those that try to hide things or are not clear with their intentions upfront are not actiing in a moral or business like manner.

It's not a beneficial relationship to a broker/agent for a buyer to take up their time and ask all these things they want them to do but the buyer wants to be a (secret agent) and tell little to nothing about their situation.On the commercial real estate side I require clients before we even start to send financials so I can see their overall picture.
