If you were able to ascertain say a minimum of 10 actual members who have had success that would be a start.

If that's the case then you do not have much leverage against them.Current landlords generally do not say a tenant going out screwed them over.

I get a dead animal removal request every month it seems but after 5 days the smell just goes away...mother nature takes its course...I am guessing 5 days is the time it takes for the dead animal say a rat to be eaten by a larger animal like a possum, skunk or raccoon?

Yes and dropping hints puts your lender in a professional  pinch, I suggest you not say a thing and if you're guy is in Lee Summit, he could well end up with it anyway.

However if you buy in LA, say a normal house of 3/2 at 400k (80k down), then you expect to rent it at 800/room that's around 2,400/mo which typically covers only mortgage and maintenance, in short enough to break even +/- 200/month.

Question:If, let's say, a 2 bedroom 1 bath rents in my area for X what kind of rent drop-off would there be if I (from downstairs) will need to use this kitchen as well?
