Daybreak is a bit polarizing, some people love it and some people can’t stand it.

If any of you local Florida people can recommend a inspector in manatee that would be great...

Why would they lend it to people who may or may not pay their mortgage.And if you claim the real estate "market" is going to rise then you have a lot to learn as there is no "market".

Ultimately I'm looking for a cohort of people with a wide range of experience in real estate. 

Also, connect with other like-minded people in your community and attend as many in person meetings at your local REIA groups to network and connect + find out about off market deals and get on local wholesalers "buyers lists".Best of luck!

Secondly, and it's just a pet peeve of mine so sorry if it seems petty, but if people want to get serious about investing in Pittsburgh, I'd highly recommend realizing we have an H at the end of it.

But I am not new to caring for and  updating homes and what they mean to people.

Hoping to meet some like minded people and learn from ya'll. :)  I'm a Realtor in WNC with a strong interest in commercial and residential development, and learning about syndications, partnerships, etc.
