In some markets you could do 250k pre tax off 1 flip, others will require a higher volume of flips.

Tampa’s rental demand is strong, and timing the market is always tricky.

I suspect that 5% or so that do wholesaling full time make at least 50k with the 1% ers making multiple hundreds of thousands and I am sure there are 7 figure wholesalers as well.those that have massive marketing budgets  like 20 to 50k per month.
