You could probably clean up the mold with some bleach, but if he never cleans the bathroom, it will keep coming back unless you provide him with maid service.Still, if I liked the rest of the building, I would have modified my offer to make it contingoent upon the long term slob being gone.Then I would have cleaned his unit up, gotten rid of the mold, painted, and obtained a new tenant that know what a bottle of cleaner was used for.
