Sirs,I am contacting you regarding an issue I have for a condominium I own in Oak Park Michigan, XXXXXX XXXXXXX, XXXXX X Mile Road.My property manager has submitted to me notes from the Condo Association regarding my association fees.

This was here first and they come and muscle everything in a huge well head protection area out.they have bought every property on this side on the road for a 1/4 mile or more each way and everything down to the river about 2 miles back in.

The whole town is within 3-4 miles of school AND every kid has there OWN car these days,,at least out here in the wild west they do.

Many states in the south east prohibit REA to recommend neighborhoods for discrimination reason) Be diligent!

there is a large grocery store about a mile away from the place.

I live 2 miles away, so i can't imagine ordering online. i completely agree on "wider selection online", but i usually go to a different store and see the selection there as well. it's hard to pick these things online for me.

I'm rehabbing in several markets right now, and most of them it's nearly impossible to find deals on the MLS (I've bought nearly 50 houses off the MLS the past few years, so I know what to look for).But, there is one southeast market (NOT metro Atlanta) where I'm finding lots of MLS deals and little competition for them.

My Realtor could not find three good ones for this current property.Me being the beginner that I am, do you think I can get financing with these comps in this picture (also, just take my word, the 2 sold comps with 0.5 mile radius of the house.

The part that isn't apparent in this is that i'm only 0.9 miles away from work currently, i bike around town and am always next door at my friends house.

I haven't dabbled to much in hard money as the ones around my area (Southeast Virginia) want too much paperwork and are in my mind too much of a hassle to deal with (eg. draw payments, weekly progress inspections, control of fundamental rehab decisions, etc.).
