Rely on and follow your internal procedures to do a thorough investigation, particularly into his rental and work history.

I'd ask for copies from the court house of the appeal so you have that, ask county clerk what proceedure is as they are helpful. can't give legal advise but can direct you as to what is procedure for filing and what steps are needed.

Theoretical learning about some procedures and methods to do things give you an idea about it, but you really learn how to do it when you try yourself.So, these are my two cents. :)Good luck!!!

The issue is most underwriters are not properly trained and the procedures and systems that they use do not properly account for cash flow.

They do their calculation following a set and cosistant procedure.
