Just checked again (late afternoon) and it is up to 153 homes in the state.  

For example lazy agents might get a duplex but don't know how to properly enter the info for a non-SFR so enter it as an SFR.

I work from Weho and usually flexible in the afternoon.

So we are very glad the hedge funds came to Atlanta forcing us to get out of our lazy comfort zone and learn how to think, re-position our business, learn to be constantly (every 12 mo) jumping to a new deal type or geographic area.
