How Industrial Became LA’s Hottest Real Estate Category.

Hi BP community, Anyone currently working or know someone who works as a real estate agent at Redfin and would share the experience.I personally like Redfin's approach to new trends and app experience, and I've seen hiring positions to work as a Real Estate agent full time (including 401k, paid time off, etc). 

I am not upset with my decision for various reasons, but it is a common trend I have seen over the last 5 years of flipping.Tied to the two above, be careful of contractors that are able to start right away.  

What do the market trends say?

I have done a lot more research into the economics of the deal, property condition, price trends, etc. 

I was unaware of that trend.

In other words, yields (cash-flow) will increase.We will see a spike of inflation and higher rates, although still historically low, for a year or so before rates continue their trend downwards. 

You see this a lot because it is fairly on trend with what today's buyers want.
