The head of the Fed in Minneapolis was on 60 minutes this past week.

I have to say of what I have read, I love The Richest Man In Babylon, simply because of its history and it has such a feel to the book, it’s short, but it really gets my head spinning, it’s pretty basic but impactful.

This is a temporary issue.. we are most likely not heading into a recession.

The new part is this:  The lender piece has been disrupted by Corona and funding for all of those lenders in that segment; Lima One, Velocity, Sprout, Finance of America Commercial, Silver Hill, Athas, Lendsure, Citadel, US Commercial to think of just a few off the top of my head; has stopped. 

I have a feeling that the aftermath of this is not going to be pretty and the market value will drop (just my opinion), my thoughts in response to this whole thing is to ask the seller to come down 20% plus an extra 10k for foundation repairs that would bring us down to 110k, I feel like that is a fair approach with the unknown at hand plus talk about heading into a recession.

Just a heads up I noticed Lowes were severely discounting all their in-stock Diamond Caspian cabinets.

What is more important watching the game, or having a roof over their head?
