It turns out that the realtor had some sort of accident, and then has been out of touch. 

Just have to find and manage protection via insurance umbrella of some sort.

These sort of non-paying tenant issues are best dealt with quickly and not allowed to drag out because the longer and further they get behind the harder it is to recover from.I’d start the eviction process as soon as possible, recover possession of your property, and get a paying tenant in there before you lose any more money. 

We will have a bad 2 or 3 months but, assuming the corona virus is brought under control, things will sort themselves out fairly rapidly.

It's always the old Italian landlords pulling this sort of thing, like it's in their DNA.We Greeks have never engaged in shoddy building or repair practices, never, ever, ever, down from the classical age to modernity!

I'm wondering if anyone uses these options or paypal to collect rent and if so has it been something a majority of tenants use or do they still drop off some sort of physical payment?

The buyer wants to do a payment form that I am not familiar with: Cash but with some sort of 90-day wait where he makes total payment to me at end of the 90 days.

Point being that they have all sorts of illnesses and viruses that they’ve been sending to the US for decades, and we weather them all.
