This is the DE wording in 4603(b)(3), the Delaware Fair Housing Act: (3) To make, print or publish, or cause to be made, printed or published any notice, statement or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, marital status, familial status, source of income, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.

Now let's not forget we ARE on a site called Bigger Pockets; there's going to be a natural bias here relative to the societal mean. 

I am biased but I have to side with my peers that are in favor of the BRRRR strategy.

Measuring salaries is easy, but happiness requires some level of self reporting which is biased and relative. 

But then again, I am biased and FOCUSED (not diversified) on real estate investing.

I am a realtor but don't think me biased as I have data to back this up but the RIGHT Realtor will get you the best price for your home and more than pay for his commission vs what you would get if you FSBO the property and keep all the profit. 

I’m guessing this audience would have a bias towards yes to your second query.
