@Kyle Titus @Collin Schwartz I'm fairly sure zoning laws govern new builds and are generally not applicable to converting the interior of the structure to multiple units.

The disregarded LLC means that it is disregarded or ignored for Federal tax purposes and treated as if you and your husband own it individual for tax purposes; or (2) acquire and hold in your individual names as 50/50 tenants in common and not contribute it into an LLC.

Since we're here again for another Tax Season, I'm just curious , as to know 100%  what Tax Bracket someone falls in as a whole (  State, City and Federal ) ....all Combined Is it  15% of your Income you should hold out ?

What I know so far, that the auctions are all cash, as-is, paid amount is to cover delinquent taxes and if there is anything left the 1st mortgage, all other debt (unless it is a government bill) is written off.
