Any known investor friendly Title/Escrow companies or contacts in the area specifically experienced with wholesale deals?

I’m focused more on education and taking the right steps as I start my real estate career which is why I’m looking for an experienced Wholesaler / Investor to help me learn and give guidance in exchange for 50% profit on first couple deals until I’m on my feet.

Also living in the Bay Area myself, you are surrounded by sharks - very experienced investors etc. that know how to take foreclosed properties and find other deals to quickly turn them around.
