We are closing soon on a multi use building, we plan to live in the apartment but it needs a complete rehab.

This is an unexpected expense on top of a complete renovation plan for the winter.

I plan to renovate and rent this first property, then refinance and pull out my initial capital, and put that in a second, and so on.

Do you have any plans to move back into the house down the road?

I need one assp I have a Lease Agreement Plan through my law firm, but it's only for Florida properties. 

If you don't plan on filing a claim unless its at least 5k, why pay a premium for a smaller deductible?
