Write down a list of 10 prospective MSAs that come to mind.

As I am interviewing prospective architects, one asks if I have a plot plan or site survey.

I know that some other screening services sites will bill prospective tenants directly so I don't even have to collect fees for it. 

I currently live in the Bay Area, and while I am often intimidated by the prospect of starting out in this market, it is also very exciting.

(These are great prospects if you can target them.

Any prospects out there?

You live in a very hot market and it's hot for a reason - high growth prospects, diversified economy and a great weather (might not feel like it at this time of the year). 

There's not a lot of prospects on the market right now and most agents I've found really don't understand what I'm trying to do.

As mentioned above, some syndicators bring on a partner with the experience and track record, but I have always believed in the idea that the person raising the capital should also have the experience necessary to answer questions from prospective investors. 

Money is pouring in for a reason and that's because relative to other areas Austin is offering better prospects.
