A common misconception we hear over and over again is that experienced investors pay less for properties or need to buy them deeper.

I currently do not have anybody I can co-sign with but that may change if I dig deeper and may ask some family members. 

It did not disappoint :) I now have a significantly deeper understanding of the underwriting process that has been lost in many of the other education resources I've seeked out regarding syndications and multifamily analysis. 

You'll have to dig a little deeper, but there's the start.
